Journalists and producers are not the only ones who have to meet deadlines. Every day we rush from one appointment to the next — not only in New York City. Even worse, we do it in our spare time. And we probably spend a lot of time in front of the computer — which isn’t great for our back either. We need stress relief!

Teaching in NYC and the Hamptons, I combine the latest medical research with ancient yoga, Qigong traditions, and physiotherapy to create short exercises that work immediately — to reduce and prevent stress and pain. Everything that helps me as a journalist and producer, too. No prior experience needed.
